Behind, Slovenia - Bled to Bohinj hike

We made it!  The last day brought both joy and sadness.  It was a wonderful adventure,  but we are sorry to be done.  Julie is trying to drown her sadness  😔 by drinking.   Looking at her face, it seems to be working. 

We started the day at the Slovenian national biathlon center. 

Our mostly downhill "easy" hike was 11 miles.

Past many charming streets,  home and valley's 

and passing many wonderful churches and shrines

arriving at our destination on the lake.   We have a sauna reservation in an hour.  Tomorrow we head to Plitvice Lake National Park in Croatia  🇭🇷. 

This has been a wonderful hike.  We are looking forward to the sauna and a day off from hiking after covering 63 miles in the last 6 days.
